Shipping and Returns: What are the delivery charges?
All items are sent to mainland UK customers Free Of Charge. All orders over £30.00 are automatically sent using Recorded Delivery (and need to be signed for). Delivery charges outside the UK will be based on total weight of the package and calculated accordingly. All items sent outside the UK will be sent ‘Signed for’.
How long do I have to return my order?
We ask that all returns are sent to us by the 14th day after the order was made. We will consider refunds after this date but at our discretion. When will a refund be considered? If returning a faulty item, we will consider the refund once the item has been analyzed. If returning an item no longer required, we will consider a refund if the item is sent to us in an unopened, unused and resaleable condition. When are orders dispatched? Most orders are dispatched within a few hours after purchase, occasionally it takes a day or so longer if stock isn't immediately available or if your payment fails initial security checks. Regular UK Orders: Sent 1st class these should be with you within a couple of days, but we do ask you to wait at least 7 days before contacting us regarding goods that have not arrived. Non UK Orders: International orders are sent by Royal Mail signed for service, service and orders usually arrive within 7-10 days depending on your location. These orders will have a tracking number.
1.We do not operate a 'try before you buy' policy.
2. We do not accept returns outside the 28 days from date of purchase.
3. Please visit your local service centre or respective websites for warranty repairs for branded products.
4. We do not under any circumstances refund postage for returns of goods, faulty or otherwise.
5. If returning within 7 days, customers are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we will not accept returned goods. Please contact us if the item is faulty, we can usually send a replacement or offer technical support.
If a product is just returned 'as no longer wanted', there is a administration charge of £3.00
